SMNTest is a membership-based childcare agency. We recruit, screen, and support a small team of professional caregivers, and match them with member families for one-off and recurring care.

How it works

1. Join — pick a membership, tell us about your family, and add your children's profiles (allergies, routines, favorite things).
2. Request care — choose a date and time. Our matching pairs your request with an available, vetted caregiver; you'll see who accepted with their bio, experience, and reviews.
3. Relax — your caregiver checks in and out through the platform. You pay them directly at the end of the shift and review the visit afterward.
