The service

SMNTest provides a platform that connects member families with independent, vetted caregivers. SMNTest screens and approves caregivers but caregivers are not employees of SMNTest; they set their own rates and provide care services directly to families.

Membership & fees

Membership is billed monthly and can be canceled at any time; cancellation stops future billing but fees already paid are not refunded. Each confirmed booking carries a booking fee shown before you book. Caregivers are paid directly by families at the end of each shift.

Cancellations

Bookings may be canceled from your dashboard. Cancellations inside the cancellation window may forfeit the booking fee.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your family and care needs, to treat caregivers respectfully, and to pay caregivers as agreed at the end of each shift. Caregivers agree to provide the care described, on time, and to follow each family's instructions.

Liability

SMNTest vets caregivers carefully but families remain responsible for deciding who cares for their children. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMNTest's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. We'll notify you of significant changes.
